E a s e  - Bowen technique & Life Coaching Bowen Therapy and Life Coaching I use the Bowen Technique, a soft tissue manual therapy, for pain relief, injury recovery, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

I also offer a self-myofascial release technique to relieve tension in your body and improve your movement range that you can then practice in your own time, anywhere. If you are suffering from chronic pain please see my Body-Mind Integration coaching sessions.
