IVE BEEN THE PROBLEM! YES ME!

I had an epiphany a couple of days ago, that I had still been using quite a large proportion of my energy in defending myself, the revelation in itself was so huge, I had to stop! And start taking a deeper responsibility for myself instead!!!!!!!!!! But my point here is that I realised all my big complaints about how much the government spend on defense, I didnt have a leg, not even a toe nail to stand on! I was using a bigger percentage of energy than they are! So my question is, if anyone has a complaint about the amount of money being spent on defense, how much time and energy is being personally spent in life, defending, justifying, feeling scared and having to compensate for that, fighting, arguing, offloading, blaming, accusing, and hiding, arguing with, or attacking yourself, all part of the story of the internal battle? Can you honestly say that your proportion, the amount you spend, is less than the apparently 3% of the tax payers money that goes to defense in our country? I dont like war, I dont want an arms trade, and Im having to learn to remodel my entire way of dealing with stress because of that. Its time to bring love to all these difficult places, and perhaps the external world will begin to mirror our internal reality.

This is so authentic! And makes sense, this man had a heart attack, and in his out of body state, with the angels, he recognised he was taking and not giving, how can the flow continue, reminds me of the video about the two seas, of Galilee and the Dead sea, both from the same river. One keeps all the water and is dead, and one lets it continue flowing and giving and it is full of life :) I love his new found truth and joy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blessed be his message!!!! ❤️

today I came to realise that shame is simply a deep need to be seen in our true light, by ourselves and others. And that simply by realising this, Love, own love for ourselves, spontaneously, has the possibility of releasing this energy from its former prison, into its true awareness and gentle openess. ❤️❤️❤️
