As it’s Mental Health Awareness Week, I just wanted to share a few gentle reminders and uplifting words for anyone who may need them right now 🤍

Mental health can look different for everyone, and life naturally comes with ups and downs, but one thing I’ve learnt is how important it is to talk, reach out and find the things that help you feel grounded and supported.

Whether that’s spending time in nature, movement, mindfulness, rest, connection or simply taking a moment to breathe small things really can make a difference.

You are never alone in how you feel, and there is strength in opening up and asking for support when you need it! 💕

So grateful to have been part of today’s hormone workshop with , .health alongside such amazing people ✨

Feeling really grateful to have been able to offer a sound bath during the workshop and hold space for everyone who came. It was such a lovely afternoon and I enjoyed every moment.

Ways I regulate my nervous system ✨

Life can feel full on sometimes, and it’s so easy to stay in that constant state of go go go without even realising. I’ve been learning to slow things down and support my nervous system in simple, realistic ways.

For me, that looks like slowing my breath, getting outside, gentle movement, eating nutritiously, and leaning into things like treatments or sound to fully switch off.

Nothing extreme, just things that help me feel more grounded and connected.

🧘 🧘‍♂️ Today we had Millie from The wildflower wellbeing company 🧘 🧘‍♂️ She delivered a session of children’s yoga and mindfulness. We learnt several animal themed yoga poses.

So much gratitude for everyone who came along to our Inner Circle today 🤍
It was such a calm, cosy space to just be, connect and share together.

I loved seeing all your unique journals, the creativity, the laughter through our games, the yoga, and those moments of deep relaxation too. It’s really special watching this group grow and genuinely connect with each other ✨

Our next Inner Circle is on 30th May, 10:00–11:30am
at Intra, Willway Yard, Bedminster 📍

This one will be all about friendship, connection & understanding different perspectives 💫
We’ll be making friendship bracelets & jewellery, exploring partner/connection yoga, and creating space for meaningful conversations.

The Inner Circle ✨

A space for 9–15 year olds to slow down, connect and grow.
We move through gentle yoga, get creative (this month we’re decorating journals ✍🏼), explore journaling and self-awareness, and finish with deep relaxation.

It’s more than a session… it’s a space to feel safe, supported and yourself 🤍

Children’s yoga is so much more than just yoga✨

It’s a space where children can come exactly as they are with no pressure or expectations, just gentle invitations to join in in their own way.

Each session weaves together movement, mindfulness, and creativity. From calming moments to crafts and games, children are supported to express themselves freely.

Sessions include a range of ages, creating a lovely sense of connection, confidence, and community.

It’s also especially supportive for neurodivergent children, offering a calm and understanding environment where they can feel comfortable and supported. (led by a neurodivergent myself!🫶)

All feelings are welcome. There is space for every emotion.

A space where every child is seen, supported, and belongs.
