Hi Everyone, it’s been a difficult year and I just wanted to let you know that I will be taking a few months away from seeing patients to focus on my family. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it is the right one for now.
Thank you to all of my patients for your kindness and support. I really appreciate it.
I plan to be back early in the new year. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a happy, healthy 2026!

I am very excited to tell you that I have just completed a course in McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release. Scar tissue can cause biomechanical restrictions that can be effectively treated with this technique. It has been proven to decrease scar tissue in Caesarean scars by an average of 30%. It helps release the densely bound collagen fibres that make up scar tissue, and in many case it can allow increased blood flow into the area therefore improving appearance. And it can improve and restore normal sensation in and around the area of scarring.
In order to become certified in MSTR I need to complete 5 case studies. I am looking for patients to volunteer for this treatment. Volunteers will: have a visible scar from surgery or tissue trauma, be happy for the scar to be treated, and be available for treatment.

Did a brilliant course on Myofascial Release on Sunday with the legend that is Sue Croft, Reg Osteopath.
Myofascial Release is a gentle technique, which aims to restore mobility to restricted structures, thus relieving tension in muscles and connective tissue. This allows the muscles to work more efficiently and allows chronic areas of dysfunction to move more freely.
It has introduced me to the wonderful world of Thomas Myers and Anatomy Chains. But more importantly will allow me to help my patients more effectively.

Thank you to everyone for your support and kind wishes. I am happy to announce that I am feeling much better and have now reopened my clinic as I am now out of isolation and Covid-free. 😄👍👍

I know that today is ‘Freedom Day’, but with the increasing numbers of Covid cases I believe it is too early to be letting down our guard.
So despite the relaxation of measures it is my intention to carry on with all the Covid 19 precautions I have implemented. Including cleaning, and airing the clinic between patients and the use of masks for myself and my patients.
I hope that this is acceptable for everyone. I will also be carrying on with twice weekly LFTs to ensure my patients are as safe as possible. Many thanks for your support 🙂🙂
