Julia has always been in to health and fitness
Back in April she has her first child Theo 💙
She found it hard seeing her body change even though it’s an amazing thing to go through I can imagine it must be difficult for mums
We focused on recovery to start with and then we set out a plan
We started with 3 sessions per week which has now built up to 4
She had the option to do gym or home based on wait was easier for her
She focused on protein and calorie counting across the week to have more flexibility
She’s totally smashed it lost 7kg feeling more herself and the goal is to build calories up and focus on building the strongest Julia yet!
