Exercise of the Week: Standing Hip Abduction (with resistance band)
Strong hips are key for good posture, balance, and protecting your lower back and knees. This simple exercise is great if you sit a lot, run, walk, or want to support everyday movement.
How to do it:
Place a resistance band around your ankles
Stand tall, holding a wall or chair for balance
Slowly move one leg out to the side, keeping toes facing forward
Control the movement back in
Repeat 10–15 times each side
