Someone said something interesting to me recently when I shared that I teach kinesiology.

“Why would you do that? Aren’t you creating competition for yourself?”

And it made me pause for a moment.

Because it reminded me of how differently we can view knowledge, growth and success.

For me, teaching has never felt like creating competition.

It feels like contribution.

The more people who understand kinesiology…
The more people who can access support.

The more awareness of kinesiology grows as an effective wellbeing modality...
The more the profession grows.

Imagine a world where nobody shared their skills, wisdom or knowledge because they were afraid someone else might become “competition.”

How would we evolve?
How would anything grow?

So much of the old paradigm is rooted in scarcity:

Protecting,
Withholding,
Gatekeeping,
Fearing there isn’t enough for everyone.

But I believe real leadership looks different.

I believe we rise collectively.

And when we genuinely believe in the value of what we offer, someone else shining doesn’t diminish our light.

There is room for all of us.

Because we’re all unique and will attract clients who resonate with us.

Especially in work that helps people heal, reconnect with their inner wisdom and remember how to trust themselves.

I love my first aid cupboard.

It consists of vibrational remedies old and new to help my body mind and spirit feel balanced and grounded.

These are today’s ‘prescription’, arrived at by self-testing.

The perfect combination for how I was feeling…

✨Ungrounded - my son has his first A level exam today and my students complete their final Diploma assessments this weekend

✨Like I’m on the precipice of something I can’t name yet

✨Like I need to get clear around my intentions for this next month / rest of the year (how are we already nearly halfway through 2026?)

✨Picking up on the powerful new moon energies of tomorrows new moon in Ta**us and yesterday’s cazimi 😅

And now to return to feeling centred and starting my day from this place ✨

Growth isn’t always obvious from the outside.

We’re already halfway through one of my client’s Lead From Within journeys and the transformation already being felt is such a powerful reminder of this.

Sometimes growth looks like:
🌱 No longer replaying family dynamics in your head
🌱 Setting boundaries before you hit breaking point
🌱 Staying present instead of catastrophising the future
🌱 Noticing old patterns without immediately reverting back to them
🌱 Feeling calmer in relationships that once triggered you
🌱 Beginning to trust yourself again

Issues that once carried huge emotional charge for her are now barely take up space in her mind.

Why?
Because she’s no longer relating to herself in the same way.

✨ THIS IS THE WORK ✨

The shift from blindspots to conscious awareness.

From surviving to consciously choosing.

From reacting to responding.

From self-abandonment to self-trust.

From anticipating external reactions to leading from within.

Little by little, you begin making decisions from your own inner authority rather than fear, conditioning or external validation.

You start relating to yourself differently. And from there, everything else begins to change too.

You begin to Lead From Within.

My foundation students are at the end of their 6 month course and ready for their practical assessments.

I’m looking for 2 people who can be ‘clients’ for 2 of my students on the day of their exam.

Slots available at 10am and 12 noon.

1 hour sessions.

All you need to do is lie down on a couch and have some kinesiology in North Bristol ✨

Sometimes the next chapter doesn’t arrive through force.
It arrives through finally choosing what feels aligned, sustainable, peaceful, and true for you.

May is bringing powerful shifts in identity, priorities, routines, and energy.
Pay attention to what no longer feels supportive to your soul.

The version of you built from survival is slowly being replaced by the version of you built for peace, freedom, authenticity, and flow.
