HELP COMPLEMENTARY THERAPISTS GET BACK TO WORK!
If you feel the traditional and complementary practitioners should be allowed to go back to work please sign this. We already have pages of guidance from our professional associations to support us in implementing safe practice. We want to do our work and support people's mental and physical wellbeing and especially their immune systems.

• reflect on how much rest you need to create a sustainable lifestyle.
• remember your favourite ways of resting, relaxing and creating calm.

Learn powerful techniques to:
• quickly recharge your batteries when you haven't had enough sleep.
• completely relax your body to stay calm and stress-free.
• ground yourself when feeling anxious or excited.

• being kind and caring towards yourself

Clarify what truly nourishes you and receive abundant inspiration from others in terms of food, beautiful places, music, books, films, etc.

LOSS - PERSONAL SPACE - VITALITY

Take time to acknowledge the precious people and things you have lost in your life and are still grieving for.

Become aware of your personal space and learn to have it respected, by saying no and establishing clear boundaries.

Visualise all the stuff you no longer need and make a plan to clear it all out.
