Yesterday I was enjoying a beautiful walk on such a gorgeous sunny day with a good friend and then happened to leave my glasses behind and didn't notice until an hour later, and due to other commitments couldn't go back to find them until today, so I decided to trust and send love to all and return today and hope for the best. What a fabulous site on that bench ! So relieved to find them and so grateful to the community and trusting that I would return and know that I would be lost without them, thank you 🙏 my heart is filled with warmth and joy. On reaching into my pocket I found this piece of paper that had been inserted into one of my Christmas cards the other day, which for some reason I hadn't had time to read it then until now, can't get over how fitting the words feel to read them at this moment in this spot , what a lovely gift- my cup is filled🙏

How lucky we are 💗 to have these amazing souls come into our lives - 🙏

Animals don’t come into our lives by accident, no matter what the circumstance is! It is perfectly timed so that they can be with you and support you through a particular stage of your life. Whether that is through companionship, emotional support during a challenging transition in your life, or teaching you to embrace more joy and not take life so seriously.

You might think that you chose them, but the truth is that you chose each other. You may be journeying through similar themes in your lives, or they may mirror back to you your own challenges. Whatever their role in your life, once it is complete, they will exit their physical body and continue to love and support you from the spirit realms.

What an amazing blessing animals are to us in our lives! 🙏💖

Motherhood is filled with contradictions.

It causes us constant guilt, while bringing us infinite joy.

It is filled with uncertainty and fear, while also showing us a strength and courage that we didn’t know existed.

Kids will push our buttons and test our patience more than anyone else, but we would walk through fire for them without a moment’s hesitation.

We feel overwhelmed and crave time to ourselves, but we feel sad and like a part of us is missing when they aren’t around.

It is the hardest thing we'll ever do, but loving our kids is the easiest thing we'll ever do.

Motherhood is filled with contradictions.

We grieve the prior versions of our kids, but also love and cherish who our kids are in the present.

It is the greatest responsibility of our lives, while also being the greatest privilege.

We teach and guide our kids, but our kids are our greatest teachers of all.

It robs us of our identity, while molding us into a better version of ourselves.

It is filled with messiness, chaos, and unpredictability, as well as tenderness, love, and beauty.

Motherhood is filled with contradictions.

It will bring us our highest highs and our lowest lows.

Motherhood is filled with contradictions.

But the love…
A mother's love.
That love is constant.
