Dedicated in supporting women’s health and well-being through every stage of life—from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Experienced therapist, offering a range of holistic treatments tailored to meet your needs. Holistic/ Deep Tissue Massage - 60 or 75 minutes

A tailored made treatment, using a range of massage techniques and aromatherapy oils. Your treatment could include relaxing, long-flowing movements or specific deep tissue work, joint mobilisation and more. Reflexology - 50 minutes

A holistic treatment, rebalancing the whole body by working on reflexes on the feet. A deeply relaxing treatment that can effectively ease imbalances, restore and maintain healthy wellbeing. Indian Head Massage - 50 minutes

An ancient Ayurvedic treatment, releasing stress and emotional tension through acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. Holistic Facial - 60 minutes

A holistic facial using the gorgeous, Neal’s Yard products that are natural and full of essential oils. For full list of treatments - see booking page

1️⃣ A very cold and rainy trip to Belfast… but well worth it. Visited the iconic Giant’s Causeway and learnt a lot about the history of Ireland and Belfast. 🌧️ 🇮🇪

2️⃣ Ate the most incredible food - dinner was 👌🏽🍷

3️⃣ Stayed at – such a quirky, cosy hometel. The perfect base for exploring 🎵🍸

4️⃣ A very busy month in the treatment room – everyone needed a treatment in February and I saw lots of regulars, new clients and clients I haven’t seen for a while. Thank you for keeping me busy! 💆‍♀️ 🗓️

Our Story

Massage for Life by Catherine Newman provides deep tissue massage treatments and a range of holistic therapies with the aim to help you maintain optimum health and well-being.

I am an experienced therapist with over 14 years experience practising in private practices and spa settings. Your treatment will always be tailored to meet your needs on the day and may incorporate a range of therapies and techniques to provide a truly unique and healing treatment. All treatments include a complimentary blend of doTERRA essential oils.

Regular treatments can help support good physical and emotional health and well-being. This should be necessity not a luxury, so please pick up a loyalty card to get 20% off your 5th treatment.

Please note that Massage for Life only provides treatments for female clients unless male clients are referred by existing clients.

Treatments: Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage - £45 for 60 minutes, £60 for 90 minutes A tailored made treatment, using a range of massage techniques and aromatherapy oils. Your treatment could include relaxing, long-flowing movements or specific deep tissue work, joint mobilisation and more.

Lomi Lomi Massage - £45 for 60 minutes

A holistic, full body massage using the unique and healing Lomi Lomi techniques. It comprises of continuous long, flowing, rhythmical movements all over the body as well as deeper, focused work around areas of tension.

It will leave you feeling energised, revitalised, stretched and restored Reflexology - £37 for 50 minutes A holistic treatment, bringing mind and body back into balance by working on reflexes on the feet. A deeply relaxing treatment that can effectively ease imbalances, restore and maintain health and well-being. Indian Head Massage - £25 for 30 minutes An ancient Ayurvedic treatment, releasing stress and emotional tension through acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. A calming and relaxing treatment leaving you energised and revitalised.

Pregnancy Treatments - Massage - £45 for 60 minutes and Reflexology £35 for 50 minutes

Regular treatments during pregnancy can help assist with the different stages of pregnancy including preparation for labour. Treatments are adapted to your trimester, during the first trimester, treatments tend to be gentle with nurturing holds. Side-lying massage in the later stages of pregnancy allows for deeper work around the shoulders, gluts and hips. Reflexology is particularly good for balancing the endocrine system.
