Mark your calendars: The first New Moon of spring occurs on April 17th, in the fiery sign of Aries, offering a fresh start to our seasonal intentions. Now that the lunar cycle is beginning, we can set our dreams in motion. It's an excellent time to focus on personal goals, listen to our hearts, and do what feels right on a soulful level. ✨🌙

Who's excited for spring? 💚🌱 honestly, it’s the perfect time to unroll your mat and shake off that winter sluggishness. The days are getting lighter, the air’s a little warmer, and everything feels like it’s starting fresh again.
You don’t have to go big — even a few mindful minutes each morning can feel amazing.
Spring’s all about growth and renewal — and your yoga practice can be too.

Just another Thursday yoga club. Some days yoga feels great. You’re flowing, balancing, breathing… everything just clicks.

And other days?
Your hamstrings feel tight, your balance is all over the place, and your mind is thinking about a hundred other things.

But honestly, that’s not the point.

The real practice is just showing up.

Rolling out your mat even when you’re tired. Moving your body even when it feels a bit stiff. Taking a few breaths when your mind would rather be anywhere else.

Not every practice needs to be amazing. Some days it’s slow. Some days it’s wobbly. Some days you only manage a short stretch and a few deep breaths.

And that’s okay.

Because every time you come back to your mat, you’re building something—strength, patience, resilience… even if you don’t notice it right away.

So if you showed up today, that’s enough.
And if you keep showing up, the rest will follow. 🧘‍♀️✨
