Let's face it, nobody likes being weak, but where do you start with strength training?
Well firstly, you don't need to be spending hours at the gym, there's many forms of exercise out there that improves strength, but there's nothing quite like vibration plate training 😜 in just 3Γ—20 minute sessions per week you can rapidly build strength all over.
As we get older, our muscle mass begins to decrease, this starts in our 30's!.. and accelerates the older we get. This makes us weaker, slower & decreases our metabolic rates, impacting our ability to lose weight.
Strength training helps preserve muscle mass, boosts bone density, making them less likely to fracture. It improves balance, mobility, coordination & supports cognitive function & good mental health.

This month is a very special month... it's the very start of Vibrocise, 15 years ago! Not many people are aware of this, but it was Laura & Sylvia who originally launched Vibrocise back in 2011!
2 years on, Kara began working alongside Laura, with Herbalife & was offered the exciting opportunity of buying the business.
Kara then relaunched Vibrocise with her fitness expertise & has never looked back!
Thanks to our fabulous members & amazing team, we are still here, stronger than ever πŸ’ͺ🏼
