"GLP-1's alone aren't the answer. 💊❌"

Professor Valter Longo, internationally recognised longevity expert and author of 'The Longevity Diet' and 'Fasting Cancer' speaking on Integrative Medicine Matters podcast with Dr Elizabeth Thompson.

He agrees that yes, there's a time and place for medications like GLP-1s. But if we're not pairing them with lifestyle measures and dietary change such as the Fasting Mimicking Diet, time-restricted eating... we're just treating symptoms.

Nobody's doing the whole thing. And that's the problem. What would actually work? 👇

A protocol that uses the medication as a bridge, not a destination. The future of medicine isn't conventional or integrative, it's both.

'The more you interfere with the symphony that is the human body, the more you're going to get in trouble.'

Powerful words from Professor Valter Longo.

He explains how structured fasting may work with ancient biological systems, the same ones that allow bears to lose fat during hibernation while protecting muscle and bone.

Our bodies evolved sophisticated repair and fat-burning systems over millions of years.

The question is:
Are we working with them… or against them?
