We had a fab time celebrating winterbourne slimming worlds groups woman of the year!

The lovely Holly who originally joined to support a friend has gone on to lose just over 4 stone so far, despite being a young mum with 2 wonderful children that have additional needs she still fits in time to take care of herself and work towards her goals and that has made such a difference to her health and life this year 👏

Of course we celebrated with some fab food optimised tasters 😋

We are very proud of you congratulations Holly ❤️

❤️Our lovely new room at St Michaels Centre in stoke Gifford we meet every Thursday at 6pm.

❤️ We have lots of spaces available for anyone who would like to join our lovely warm welcoming group.

❤️ So far this year we are 82 stone lighter between us and so many members have achieved their target and now attend for free to keep their weight off and stay slim for life.

❤️ We know exactly how to optimise our food so we can lose weight but still enjoy having our favourite foods and never go hungry.

When you REALLY REALLY commit amazing things happen ❤️

6 weigh ins = 2 stone lighter

Me and the stoke Gifford members have loved cheering Scott and his partner on each week ( she’s also lost just under 1 stone in that time )

They both joined 7 weeks ago and have never done slimming world before.

But with the help from me, the members the app and of course the amazing slimming world plan, have got off to an amazing start and are going to enjoy Christmas just under 3 stones lighter between them while still enjoying their favourite foods 🥰

Cannnot wait to see what they both achieve in 2024 👏
