From Downward Dog, sweep your right leg up behind you, then bring your right knee forward towards your right wrist.
Place your shin on the mat at an angle (it doesn’t need to be parallel to the front of the mat – find a position that feels supported).
Extend your left leg back, keeping the top of the foot on the floor and hips square to the front.
Keep your hands on the mat for support, or walk them forward to fold gently over your front leg.
Use a block, blanket, or cushion under the front hip or thigh if you need extra support.
Stay for a few breaths, then slowly come out and repeat on the other side.
