Thanks for being patient after last week’s little mishap - carpenter’s been in and they’re now fixed with extra support.

Majorly appreciate everyone being so kind about it. It’s mine and my brother’s first time living (and running a sauna) too lol. X

As of Monday we will be running quiet sessions at BSY.

Several of you had been requesting quiet time in the sauna so back in February we put the vote to you all as to which time slot you’d prefer to be used for deep relaxation & zero small talk and you said the first session of the day.

So the first session of the day it is.

Last week we had the BristolGymGirls come and visit us on site!

Cold water first-timers pushing themselves
Regulars who now know each other by name

We’re a small family run sauna and ice bath space tucked away in a courtyard on Church Road in BS5.

Our aim is simple.
