It was actually during our marathon training that my brother and I first realised just how beneficial contrast therapy was for our recovery, and it was actually during these sessions that our idea for BSY actually came to light.

Saunas in the UK were once confined to leisure centres, gyms and up market hotels, but recent years have been them popping up in all sorts of areas - from city centres to spots on nature's doorstep.

We’re sure most of you recognise this face by now, but we wanted to show a little Amy appreciation on the grid.

This smiley face is at the yard to welcome you every Monday to Thursday & can commonly be found basking in the sunlight upon our grand armchair in the cabin, but even more commonly found constantly rushing around making BSY look, feel & run tip top.

Amy is also the main reason we’ve been able to open 7 days a week! And having been at school with my brother & I since we were teeny tiny, knows exactly how to take care of things in our absence so we’re super pleased to officially welcome Amy to the BSY team ♨️
