A really difficult decision, but I will be taking a social media break from tomorrow.

I'm going to find it really hard 😬 I am addicted to my phone and I want to work on that in 2026.

I'll find it hard not just socially and being out of the loop, but because it's the only place I can really get my business out there. I'm concerned about the impact of not being digitally "active" but equally have felt for a long time that I really want out of the digital pull to see how my life improves. So let's give it a go!

I know I'm starting to see the signs of the seasonal over indulgence, shift in cooler weather and a slight slack to my skincare routine. Skin is dehydrated, crepey, fine lines more noticeable, breakouts and overall looking more dull.

I assisted hydration last night with a collagen overnight sheet mask but today we apply a chemical peel followed by microneedling in a polynucleotide. My complexion needs a serious pick me up!

Secondly Google reviews are another great way of others deciding who to book in with. I've not received a Google review for years due to Fresha reviews taking first place.
