In advance of reopening I just wanted to update you all on a couple of important points.

For now I am sticking with my decision to not offer longer Swedish Massage sessions. 30 min Back, Neck & Shoulder will be my maximum Swedish session.

This can be added onto a facial should you wish, alternatively you can now book areas such as Foot & Leg or Arms & Hands or even Head & Neck massage as add-ons to your facials, but these must not exceed 30min

Hot stone for now will still be available and is available with H**p CBD as an upgrade. I've also introduced a 30min Back, Neck & Shoulder Hotstone session.

Why!? Because I'm feeling too much strain in my hands when carrying out the longer Swedish only treatments. I'm trying to protect my future 💓
So for now, I'm stepping back and assessing if the above offerings are achievable for me.

Treatment Price Review:

I've not made any price adjustments for way over a year and have always tried to keep my offerings accessible. Product & Running costs have not slowed up!

I've carried out a local comparison review Vs what I need to cover costs, earn a living and of course look after my forever loyal clients.

There will be a slight increase to treatments from 1st September. This increase is still under the local area average for comparable treatments.

Main increase is as follows:

30min Back, neck & shoulder - £35 traditional oil/(£40 CBD)
Luxury prescriptive facial - £70
Express Facial £35
Classic/Pure & Glow facials - £50
Red Carpet Facial £55
Womens Balance - £65

As I start to wrap up for my much needed summer break, I wanted to share an update that will impact bookings from September onwards.

It's not been an easy decision, and I appreciate I will potentially loose clients from this decision. However, from September I will no longer be offering 60/75 or 90 min Swedish Massage sessions.

I'm moving into my 9th year of massage Therapy and I'm noticing that Swedish Massage does put a particular strain on my body, a strain that I feel my body doesn't need, in order to protect the future of my hands and quality of life.

Never fear! Massage isn't going completely! I will still be offering Hot Stone, Indian Head and you will have the option to add-on one small area massage to your facials. So for example, Hand & Arm, Foot & Leg or an Express Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage.

All facial treatments are UNCHANGED

That's me now fully booked until I return after my up and coming summer break. My first week back in September is now also fully booked.

September is a time for a fresh start. Kids back to school, summer hols over, and the perfect time to start your skin journey. I'm already taking bookings for September/October chemical peels and microneedling. Back facials are also popular at this time to lift away summer skin congestion and dryness.

Happy New Week. Just an update that for now I have switched off independent booking via Fresha. I am still very much here but please get in touch directly should you wish to book an appointment.

I have VERY limited availability before I close for summer break, especially with moving appointments last week due to illness but it's definitely worth getting in touch and I'll see where I can squeeze you in.

My first week back in September is already FULLY BOOKED ✨🙌🏼

Girls gotta do, what she's gotta do. I can count on one hand how many times I've had to cancel appointments since I've ran my ickle business. Not good timing given my incoming summer closure but I'm just not feeling 100% to open tomorrow.

In order to keep it cooler, I do need to slightly open the velux, this then lets in light. Dress cool, perhaps bring your favourite eye mask and I'll fire up the fan to make it as comfortable as possible.

Good morning all. New week has begun and with just three weeks before my summer closure I just wanted to reshare my cancellation policy.

Over the last 8 weeks I have noticed an increase in cancellations. Whilst I know cancellations can't always be helped and having to cancel your appointment is disappointing, I do need to have this policy in place to protect my business.

There have been a couple of weeks where I'd of not made a penny if it wasn't for the protection of this policy.

This policy has been in place since 2022 and follows suit of many other local salons, nail techs, sugarists, therapists and hairdressers. When you book, the booking conditions are issued for you to agree with prior and booking and cancellation fees are managed by Fresha.

Good afternoon all.

Due to a current injury. I'm not taking on any further 60 or 75min Swedish Massage sessions this summer. I will review this prior to reopening in September.

At the moment I can still offer holistic & advanced facials, combination treatments that incorporate a small amount of massage and hot stone. Luxury body treatments are also fine.

Those who have just Swedish Massage booked in, I will advise If I can carry out this session a week prior. If you're happy to change to another treatment, do get in touch.

Hopefully with a period of rest, I'll be able to return fully to Swedish Massage from September 🤞🏼
