• 60 mins — $110
• 90 mins — $155

✨ Packages:

• 3 x 60-min sessions — $300 (save $30)
• 3 x 90-min sessions — $420 (save $45)

Sessions can be booked now and used anytime over the next couple of months - a lovely way to stay grounded through the season (or gift someone some much-needed TLC).

The ending of this year has been absolutely brutal in more ways than one

I have felt so many things this past year. Hope, joy, heart expanding love and I’m changed for that

I end the year with grief. The all familiar pang of loss and unwanted change

No pretty picture, no glossy overtone, just honesty, ugly crying and vulnerability

I don’t recognise the person in the last picture, but she is me and I am her, feeling everything deeply, trying to grieve and grow, maintain a sense of self and move forward, all in the midst of sadness

Social media is weird. You’re not alone if you’re struggling to find hope for the year ahead and feeling overwhelmed by the highlight reels. It’s okay if your year isn’t ending the way you wanted or if you feel defeated. You did your best. Be kind to you.

I’m with you

This year ends in a way I didn’t envision, but with more love than ever for those around me, so much love, for which I’d be totally lost without

I look forward to looking forward again
