Love your knees!
We often overlook the importance of our knees until we get pain or stiffness and suddenly we stuggle to walk.
So when you start simple exercises now you can help strengthen and protect your knees from becoming weak and painful.
In yoga classes we do a lot of strengthening for your knees and even if you already have pain or arthritis the good news is that it’s not too late to feel better!
