Here we are in a brand new week, and Spring has arrived.
Its a good time to appreciate the small things, its often the small things which bring a little bit of joy to our days, especially if everything else feels a bit too much.
Often a good time of year to make any changes big or small, or clear out the clutter at home or from our minds!
Perhaps you feel like becoming more active? There are quite a few activities around the bay, we have Middle Street Walkers meeting every second Friday of the month. You dont have to walk far, and you will have someone to walk with always.
If you can't quite find what you're looking for try asking Torbay Community Builders who have lots of info on activities, there is also Devon Connect on line.
Not forgetting the coffee morning taking place this Saturday 28th March at The Front Room Brixham 10.30am - 1pm. A place to make new connections and meet new people. Organised by Middle Street Walkers, also involving the Healthy Minds Team.
Maybe relaxation and stress busting calls? We have two Mindfulness group meetings each month at Brixham Laboratory this month its March 23rd and 30th.
