Is anyone else finding being active more appealing with these brighter, longer days? For any avid gardeners amongst you did you know that pushing the lawnmower, digging down deep or raking the lawn all count as Body Magic activity (as long as it gets your heart rate up!) 👨‍🌾🌷😍.
