🌟 Celebrating a Remarkable Legacy 🌟

We are incredibly proud to share that Dr Ansley and Dr Bromige were both shortlisted and went on to win the EMIS National User Group (NUG) Lifetime Achievement Award 🏆

This prestigious honour recognises their outstanding contributions, dedication, and excellence within the healthcare sector over many years. Although both retired shortly before the awards evening, the impact of their work, leadership, and commitment to improving patient care will be felt for years to come.

Their careers leave behind a powerful legacy of innovation, professionalism, and compassion, and this award is a fitting tribute to everything they have given to healthcare and to those they have supported along the way.

Today we experienced an incident at the practice involving inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour towards our team.

This behaviour is not tolerated.

The matter has been reported to the police and we are taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff.

Our team are here to care for our patients and work incredibly hard in often challenging circumstances. They deserve to be treated with respect at all times.

We operate a zero tolerance approach to abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour. Any such incidents may result in removal from the practice list in line with NHS guidance.

Thank you to the many patients who continue to treat our team with kindness and respect, it makes a real difference.

We’re preparing to begin the next round of Covid‑19 booster clinics across both Compass House sites. These boosters offer important protection for those most at risk, and we’ll be inviting eligible patients throughout the week.
