🗓️ Health support for fishermen

The next 'Fishing for Better Health' clinic run by the team at Compass House Medical Centres will be Wednesday 5 March 2025 | 9am-12noon | in the BTA meeting room at Brixham Fish Market

All fishermen welcome (those who are patients at other surgeries too) and no appointment is necessary to see Dr Gunning and his healthcare team including Steph from Tidal Physiotherapy.

We offer a community reduction for regular well-being classes, our large space is just £15 an hour to hire.

WE ARE FULL !! Our next block of classes are now fully booked however if you would like to be put onto our wait list just send me an email at info@tidalphysiotherapy.com and we will contact as soon as possible about remaining spaces available for our next block of classes after February Half Term. Our conference suite is used for a variety of well being classes:

🌟 Monday's:
Healthy Minds Torbay - Mindfulness sessions 14.00-15.00 (every other week)
Iyengar Yoga with Maxine - Yoga class 19.00-20.30

🌟 Tuesday's:
Tidal Physiotherapy - Pilates classes 17.30-18.15 and 18.15-19:00 (not weekly, block bookings)
*2 New Yoga classes starting November 09.30-11.30 - Get in touch for details

🌟 Wednesday's:
*2 New Yoga classes starting Nov * 09.30-11.30 - Get in touch for details
Mixed Yoga with Baz - 18.00-19.00 (bazcoaching65@gmail.com)

🌟 Thursday's:
Male Yoga with Baz 18.00-19.00 (bazcoaching65@gmail.com)

🌟 Friday's:
Iyengar Yoga with Maxine - Yoga class 09.30-11.00

Healthy Minds Torbay also use the conference suite to host various workshops usually on Saturdays.
