A truly special day, meeting truly incredible and inspiring people. And hopefully some new connections that will last a life time.

In a world that encourages division and hate, rebel and instead connect and love more!

Wow! What a 6 weeks!

Started at the beginning of the course all strangers with the curiosity to expand and learn.

Through the journey I have learnt so much about myself and the extraordinary topics, including Mind health, Breathwork, Pain management, Sleep health, Gut health and flexibility.

Putting these topics into practice has been testing but yet so beautiful! I have been able to develop a new and positive mindset towards myself and my work. Journaling has allowed me to express my daily motions and feelings, and ice showers had been a gamer changer in my energy.

Ending the 6 weeks of this course all so connected as one. Sharing our experiences daily with each other gave the boundaries and secure base to explore and play!

Feeling so grateful for this experience and proud that I allowed myself to be open and vulnerable to take this path of changing and growing πŸ™πŸ»

The vision of the health coach is to enable each participant to have the opportunity to develop themselves inquisitively and have a positive relationship with the natural world.

A health coach is a multidisciplinary approach to human health. The holistic lens provides the coach with the necessary tools and frameworks to optimise the human condition.

Learning in nature provides a calm and safer context for learning. Promoting a warmer, more cooperative context for connection and growth.

We are surrounded by distractions in modern society, but nature is free from them.

The perfect place for reconnecting with the senses in the most natural environment.

Trying to find my morning routine that's suits me best. Today I feel like I've found it...

5:30am - Woke up & had coffee
6:00am - Move on mat doing yoga & movement
6:30am - Breath and Acupressure for feet
6:50am - Journal, set my intentions for the day
7:00am - Shower/ cold shower

Ready to leave the house at 7:30am!

Finding your morning routine can be challenging and needs consistency. So I'm going to try this for a while and see how my body responses!

DAY 5, The Human Code

My intention set today is spend more attention to The Human Code!

Yesterday (day 4) was a reset day, reconnecting with friends and I struggled to achieve all key tasks of the Human Code.

TODAY so far...

Cold shower: 30 seconds! πŸ™ŒπŸ» (longest I've done so far)

Nature therapy: Laying down on grass connecting with breath 🌿

Movement: went for a walk outside around some beautiful lakes 🌾 😌

More to do! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»

DAY 3- Trying to keep the energy flowing from yesterday...

This morning had a whirlpool bath, then did some movement/yoga in the rain barefooted and had a 10 second cold shower!

Loved moving in the rain, felt like I could've gone all day! Only 10 seconds in the shower... couldn't handle the cold today! Will try longer tomorrow
