This morning had a jacuzzi, then did some movement/yoga in the rain barefooted and had a 10 second cold shower!
Loved moving in the rain, felt like I could've gone all day! Only 10 seconds in the shower... couldn't handle the cold today! Will try longer tomorrow

Flexibility is the capacity to move your joints, it dictates where you can put your various body parts which in turn dictates to what extent you can display and demonstrate the other motor abilities ( strength, endurance, speed etc )
It is present in every aspect of movement, the better quality of flexibility training the better quality of all your other training.
Hereβs an example of dynamic active flexibility to help develop the prerequisite for the middle splits.

Thoracic flexibility π
Posture is dynamic, limited thoracic flexibility can negatively impact breathing patterns, posture, performance and stress.
Your spine is your information highway, the main job of the spinal cord is to carry nerve impulses back and fourth between the body and the brain.
When addressing upper back function, included rotation, flexion and extension to nourish the area with a variety of movements.
Back bridges are one of the most effective movements to counteract desk damage and sedentary living.
