How can you prevent fungal toenails?

- Washing feet daily and keeping them dry and clean (don't forget to get between your toes).

- Make sure you towel your feet completely dry after washing and change socks daily.

- Fungus thrives in warm, damp, tight footwear. By wearing various types of shoes and rotating your footwear regularly you can help decrease the chances of fungal nails.
