Today I celebrate 7 years of healing, holding space, and spreading love. 🤲🏾💜

This wasn’t a journey I chose, rather it chose me. And to truly be able to hold space for others with deep understanding, you’ve got to be tested... dragged through the streets as they say lol, and believe me, I’ve been draaaaaged! 🫠

If you’ve ever been to one of my sessions, you haven’t just seen it, you’ve felt how much I pour into what I do.

To those who have truly supported me by buying tickets, booking sessions, sharing my events, recommending me to others, and not just turned up to the free events 👀 I appreciate you deeply! This isn’t just a small business. This is my essence. My soul. My heart.

In numerology, the number 7 is often associated with introspection, wisdom, and spiritual awakening. And let me tell you things are shifting.

Sending love from Jamaica 🇯🇲 where I celebrated another year of life immersed in nature's embrace. 🌿

Though the sun is warm and the days are bright, it is still winter, a sacred time of hibernation for the soul. I will honour the New Year when the earth awakens in the spring, bringing renewal and vibrant beginnings. ✨️

For now, I'll continue to rest, restore, and rejuvenate, flowing with the rhythm of stillness. Until then, may peace and grace guide us all. 🤍
