Feeling reflective this full moon 🌕 as we shift into a new month and a new season (my goodness, the sun feels good, doesn’t it?).
In my classes, I often draw attention to the space between the inhale and the exhale, that small pause of nothingness before the body gently draws air in again.
This moment feels a little like that.
A quiet beat before the shift inevitably happens.
A steadying breath before stepping into the next chapter… grounded, open-hearted.
Today also marks six months since Kyle’s back ‘went’ and he herniated a disc in his lumbar spine. I’ve watched him show such patience and respect for his body, allowing time to do its work. He’s growing stronger each day | slowly, steadily… even with more of the journey ahead.
And for me, this new season begins with surgery. After nearly six years of navigating Graves disease, I’ll be having a thyroidectomy.
The year of the Fire Horse has been in my thoughts. Courage, strength, forward movement.
This feels like stepping ahead with grounded power and a deep sense of freedom.
To bold new beginnings ✨
