Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Buttermere House is looking for two dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our warm and friendly team.

About Us:
Buttermere House is a supportive and inclusive care setting that provides high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with varying needs. We believe in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for both our residents and our staff.

What You’ll Do:

Provide day-to-day support to residents, promoting independence and well-being
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Support individuals in accessing the community and engaging in meaningful activities
Maintain clear, accurate records and work effectively as part of a team
Follow care plans and ensure safeguarding at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

A kind, reliable, and empathetic nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
