‘Don’t you have to count calories to lose weight 🤔?’ It’s a question I get all the time – at Slimming World, we know that to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit – but the great news is, you don’t have to track every calorie to get there 🙌!
Our healthy eating plan is based on foods that are lower in energy density (that’s food with fewer calories per gram!) – so you naturally reduce the calories you eat without even realising it.
