I found this picture the other day, on the right.
I was looking after a group in Sheerness 18 months ago (I loved them ) but when I saw this I was so ashamed 🥲. I just couldn’t believe how life gets in the way and I allowed myself to go into old habits. Because I hadn’t put my full 8 stone back on, I genuinely thought I was ok but in reality I wasn’t 🤦‍♀️

Still going and still lowering my target but my post is to anyone to reiterate NEVER GIVE UP ❤️
