Hey Tracey, just wanted to say I think our session worked wonders. I wasn’t sure it worked at first because it took a while for me to believe in myself to be strong enough to uphold it all but I really have and some big changes have happened so wanted to thank you for that. I think I’m clearing my headspace enough for me to try the stop smoking thing soon so will message you to book that soon in person if that’s ok?

My client messaged me this today. She originally was going to Quit Smoking, but I knew I needed to work on other issues before she could quit her long-term smoking habit.

This is the result, after just one therapy session online, using Hypnotherapy kinetic shift, timeline therapy and a combination of other tools that are used to help people be their best version of themselves to move on from the past and create a positive happy future.

Hi Tracey, Thanks for your message of hope. The effect of the treatment is astounding - feel so much better and able to cope. Don’t know why I left it so long. I would like to have another treatment next week and then book the hypno we talked about. You are amazing and reiki is as always a miracle😊xx

Feedback from a client who yesterday had chakra massage which includes reiki combined with a mind detox . As an experienced hypnotherapist I know how to give positive suggestions to the unconscious while my client is receiving treatments if needed . I ask the unconscious to gently let go of negative thoughts and feelings they may be holding. Trying to control everything in life creates a lot of stress and anxiety 😟 so letting go and trusting in the process is needed to switch off the fight flight freeze response.

To book in advance a deposit is required if the rest is cash or full payment via transfer
I like cash as well as other payment methods and like to spend it in shops that welcome it
