Hi Tracey, Thanks for your message of hope. The effect of the treatment is astounding - feel so much better and able to cope. Don’t know why I left it so long. Feedback from a client who yesterday had chakra massage which includes reiki combined with a mind detox . As an experienced hypnotherapist I know how to give positive suggestions to the unconscious while my client is receiving treatments if needed . I ask the unconscious to gently let go of negative thoughts and feelings they may be holding. Trying to control everything in life creates a lot of stress and anxiety 😟 so letting go and trusting in the process is needed to switch off the fight flight freeze response.
