PILATES AND BEYOND – is grounded in Pilates and shaped by years of professional training, experience and intuition. Classes encourage exploration of breath, balance, posture and efficient, natural movement. Beyond also refers to what stays with you – practical skills and body awareness designed to support how you move in everyday life - beyond classes.

‘Pilates & Beyond’

A small group Pilates class which focuses on body awareness through movement.
Imagery and breath work is used to ‘fine tune’ the movements to suit your body.
