MASSAGES LIST & PRICES:
* 1h20: “THAI REFLEXOLOGY FOOT MASSAGE” £40 (feet, ankles, lower legs)
* 2h : “AYURBALANCE DEEP TISSUE OIL MASSAGE” £60 (full body)
* 2h: “TRADITIONAL THAI YOGA MASSAGE” £60 (full body, no oil, dressed in loose clothing)

* NEW CLIENT: a welcoming 10% discount will be applied to your first booking!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS:
Enquiry and partially confirmed bookings must be made at least 48h before your scheduled appointment.
* A NEW CLIENT will need to give me their full name, their email address, their home address and their mobile phone number.
* ALL CLIENTS will need to pay a 50% deposit in order to receive a full confirmation of their appointment. Via email, I will send you a secure online payment link to be able to pay the deposit no less than 24h ahead of the requested booking.
* The remaining amount can be paid by cash or card on-site.
CANCELLATIONS:
Clients will always first be given the opportunity to reschedule their appointment if they can’t make it.
If it is not possible for them to reschedule, clients are entitled to the refund of their deposit (-2.5% fee) as followed:
* 100% refund up to 48h before the appointment time.
* 50% refund between 48h and 24h before the appointment time.
* 0% refund less than 24h before the appointment, including no show.
CLIENT HYGIENE:
* Men and women are ABSOLUTELY required to wear some kind of underwear/brief during the massage so no private parts ever get exposed.
* If possible, men should avoid wearing tight and long boxer shorts for the full body Ayurbalance oil massage. A Y-Front underwear is much more convenient to massage the back, front and side of the upper legs.
* For the Reflexology Foot massage, please have the hard corns & skin on your feet removed otherwise it will be very difficult for me to massage deeply and potentially a waste of time and money for you.
* Personal body hygiene is obviously A MUST !!!
SOCIAL MISCONDUCT WARNINGS:
Sophie’s SIAM Session is a respectable massage business.
* Any kind of verbal and physical misbehaviour, violence and sexual misconduct during a massage will not be tolerated and will be subjected to an immediate cessation of the massage treatment.
* NO refund will be given.
* The clients will be asked to leave the premises straight away and will potentially be reported to the police if necessary.
* Furthermore, the clients will be barred from booking again with Sophie’s SIAM Session.
