Wow, we were humbled today & not in the usual way…

Today, we took a step back in time. We decided to borrow a little 55psi portable machine from our local supplier (who’s fantastic by the way!) one of the kind of machines you might hire for a bit of DIY carpet cleaning.

Why? Because we wanted to feel the journeys what our customers go on, when they try the “do it yourself” route.

We offered our services free of charge to a lovely client of ours in return for the chance to trial this machine, let’s just say… it was an eye opener!

Compared to our Titan 575, which is an absolute beast of a machine (running well over 1000psi with twin vacuums & powered by an engine that runs on it’s own fuel) this little portable was, quite honestly, pathetic.

It huffed & puffed, struggled with suction & barely got through the job.

The difference? Night & day. The Titan 575 deep cleans, extracts, rinses & leaves carpets genuinely fresh & near dry. That portable? It’s like trying to clean a muddy floor with a teabag!!!

We’ve always said we’re not the cheapest, but today reminded us exactly why we’re the best at what we do & the service we offer, really is in a league of it’s own!

Spring is here & that means one thing, boat season has officially arrived.

Last week, we had the pleasure of working down at Ramsgate Marina. After months of sitting through winter, those interiors were well overdue a deep clean & refresh.

Salt, sand, moisture & mildew, we’ve seen (and cleaned) it all. Having a truck-mounted set-up is a godsend on jobs like this, we can run huge hose runs, have heat & water at our disposal from the van & we aren’t blowing electrics on the boat due to plug in machinery being used.

These cotton chairs, originally from , were part of the luxurious hospitality experience provided by Rolex.

After plenty of laughs & good times during the tennis, these furnishings took a slight beating, so it was time to get their upholstery looking perfect. Any chair that wasn’t immaculate post cleaning was replaced.

Great to have a new client on-board & we look forward to a working future ahead.

As we approach the end of the year & our Christmas break, we had one final project to complete for the Salvation Army in Minster.

It’s always great to welcome a new client onboard & they were an absolute pleasure to work with. After addressing the buildup from previous SUBPAR cleans, we cracked on & ensured their carpets looked their absolute best once again.

With heavy footfall all year round, the carpets certainly take a beating, but we’re looking forward to working with them in the future to keep their premises well maintained & in the best possible condition.

The team recently tackled HQ, providing our services to get their carpets looking their absolute best.

With the owner striving for a “only cleanliness will do” approach, that’s exactly what we delivered. Deep cleaning at 250 degrees across all carpeted areas, meant the carpets were left cleaner, healthier & brighter.

Back at today while they’re closed for the Christmas break. Cleaning their main office carpets, ready to kick off the new year in the right way!

The owner doesn’t cut corners when it comes to maintaining a clean place of work & in an industry with constant foot traffic in & out of a muddy, dirty yard, it’s always going to be tricky to keep it clean.

We recently had the pleasure of adding Newington Pharmacy to our ever growing client database.

While the owner recognises that the carpets may one day need to be replaced with a more practical option like hard flooring, he is very keen on maintaining them, to keep them in the best possible condition. These carpets were inherited many years ago when he took over the premises, & he has always taken great care to keep them presentable.
