Starting the next block of my Pilates classes on the 9th July. I now teach at Trinity Church hall in Margate (which is sort of opposite Northdown park) and run classes as a course of 6 - £50 for a course. Tuesday evenings 6.30-7.30.
I have been working as a physiotherapist for 11 years and have been teaching Pilates for 8 years. All classes are centred around improving core muscles, strength and mobility in a mindful way. Particularly good if you have any specific issues to work on as I can help tailor exercise to your needs.
