S.U.E Simply Understanding Exercise is run by Sue Ellis Level 4 Specialist Yoga Instructor, BSY Diploma in Pilates and Reiki Master.

One to one, group, Well Being Days and retreats available. Sue has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for almost 25 years. She is a Level 4 Specialist Yoga Teacher - enabling her to teach Yoga to children, Pre and Post pregnancy and the physically impaired. Sue has been into keeping fit and healthy all her life. This back to basics yoga and wildlife retreat is a fantastic way to take a step back, slow down, relax and enjoy the local environment.

The weekend will involve lots of yoga: stretching, balancing, breathing, meditation, facial yoga, manifesting, relaxation, guided wildlife walks, reflection time and most importantly, laughter.

Let Sue take the stress out of your weekend by making homemade dinners and breakfast, all included in the price.

This weekend will help you to unwind and embrace the coming autumn and winter months ahead.

Accommodation is very basic, but clean.

I've been out and about looking for another potential place to hold a weekend Yoga Retreat:

Venue: Best Western in Dover.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of the seafront! πŸ™πŸ»

Spa treatments are available, but they would be an additional price.

The weekend I'm looking at:

7th - 9th June (Friday - Sunday)

What will be included:

YOGA πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Hopefully, all outside, weather permitting πŸ™πŸ»
Parking πŸš—
Half-board 🍴
Spa pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation loungers and gym. πŸ§–β€β™€οΈβ˜ΊοΈ

Saturday evening: World Gin Day Celebration. 🍸

Sunday: for those that wish to stay on after breakfast, a wonderful and relaxing walk around Samphire Hoe πŸšΆβ€β™€πŸ‘£

For those not wanting to drive, you can take the train, it's just a 1/2 mile walk from the station πŸš‰

It really does depend on how many people are interested in attending so I can start negotiating the price with the hotel πŸ›οΈ
