Children’s Circle Information 🌊☀️

Spots are filling up quickly !😍

Head to the events section of our website to secure your child’s spot.

Our children’s circles are a moment for your child to become self aware of their feelings through movement, meditation and sharing.

An opportunity for them to step away from the demands of everyday life and bright classroom lights, to find an understanding of themselves.

A moment to be present and connect with other like minded children and themselves. Your child will learn how to dissolve and transmute any worries. We will show them how to shake them off through movement and how to relax their mind through meditation and get in touch with what brings them joy.

It’s time to change the tides!

Each child will receive a small crystal to take home with them and we will provide snacks & water which includes apple, orange, carrot & watermelon. If you’re child has dietary requirements please drop us a message after booking.

Please ensure your child wears comfy clothes.

Age Group (4-7) 4.15-5.45pm
Age Group (8-11) 6.15-7.45pm

We also free spots for love for children who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford to attend. Their place will be free of charge and there is 1 for each age group & each date in Broadstairs and 3 for each age group in Chislehurst.

We had an incredible day holding children’s circles for four different groups ages 4-10.

It was a privilege to witness them share their worries and happy thoughts, dance together and meditate.

A reminder to look out for the younger generation and to give them space to have the self awareness of their feelings and emotions 🧡

We will be holding more children’s events in our store and can cater for private family or children’s circles.
