Spring Equinox Blessings to you all!

This equinox is the mid point between the Winter and Summer Solstice’s. The Earth is in perfect BALANCE - both sides of the planet have equal amounts of light and dark, night and day are of equal length.

Where can you bring balance into your life?

This is a great time to clear out your cupboards, clear out that old tatty stuff, clean and refresh your home, your diet. Do that and your whole energy will shift with it.

I LOVE this time of year. Seeing the trees in blossom, the birds are busy singing their Spring songs.

Evidence of new life, rebirth, new shoots, new opportunities are everywhere!

And the glorious sunshine ☀️

They sky held a beautiful hue as we gathered last night for our gentle Qi-Kundalini class at The Goddess Rooms

With intentional breath we worked through the meridians to release any fear held in the physical.

We gave our organs a gentle massage through movement.

We raised our vibration through mantra.

What a beautiful way to spend a Tuesday evening.
