“I haven’t got time”
This is a phrase I hear a lot… from not only my members but also from my own mouth 👄
As I was on a dog walk today I was thinking about my own journey, I asked myself “what’s different from 2 weeks ago when I was being 100%” I answered this question honestly to myself and decided on a plan to move forward.
The truth is…. I am busy. But another truth is, I can be busy AND still lose weight.
Myself and our group will support you to lose weight whether you are busy, have dietary requirements, fussy eater, feeding a family, work long hours, work from home… We have you covered at all basis.
45 minutes a week, that’s all it is. To be in group, soak up the inspiration and support from other members.
