What is a non scale victory?
So many of us fixate on the numbers on the scales each week we miss what’s going on around us. A non scale victory is a victory that doesn’t include scales.

Here’s the thing….. numbers on the scales are a small part of the journey. Absolutely, it’s great to see those numbers going down each week. But sometimes we focus so much on that, we forget the bigger picture. We forget that our organs are loving us because they don’t have to work as hard, our joints are loving us because moving is easier.
Now. My non scale victory today comes in the form of clothes.
I bought this body warmer 2 years ago and the zip didn’t even touch at the bottom.
Last year, I made it to my b***s (but not over 🙈)
This year…. The zip went up with no struggle!!!
