Introducing our new cover teacher at the Studio, Sophie BL! Sophie has been a Cameo member since last and has recently finished her yoga teacher training at YogaHaven London.

She is going to cover some of our classes in the next few months, when our regular teachers are away.

Sophie is teaching Yoga Flow the next three Wednesday evenings 6:30 pm, covering for Emma.

If that’s you, we’d like to invite you to a Balance Workshop this Saturday April 12th from 2-4pm.

This yoga session with Beth will teach and show you practical movement practices which will help improve your sense of balance; at the same time encouraging your focus and mindfulness. This workshop is going to be both fun and challenging!

This is open to all levels and abilities - no previous yoga experience is needed!

We gathered today to raise funds for The Eve Appeal, UK’s leading charity on all gynae cancers, in memory of our studio member, Caroline. We raised a grand total of £345 ~ both from everyone who came this morning and many others who donated a space! Thank you so much!

As a studio, we passionately believe that yoga is for everybody and every body.

We are now offering Accessible Yoga ~ a yoga class of standing and seated postures to help build your strength, improve flexibility and promote mindfulness. This class is great for those who don't particularly enjoy going down on the floor as you do on typical yoga classes.

Suitable for complete beginners and those who may be recovering from injury, those with joint pain ~ but would still like to do a yoga class.

Accessible Yoga is every Tuesday from 11:15am to 12 noon. We provide everything you need for the sessions. Our friendly studio is located within Farncombe Estate, Broadway.

If you have always wanted to do yoga but feel like the average yoga class isn't for you, this may be what you are looking for!
