A brand-new Spring Day Retreat at the studio!

Join our teachers, Emma and Tory, for a day combining the joy of movement that comes from both Yoga and the Pilates method. Movement Reset is the perfect opportunity to get ourselves ready for the new energy of the spring season!

Get to know how Mat Pilates is amazing to build the strength and stability that we need for our yoga practice.

There will be an extended Pilates session with Tory, using of a variety of tools and equipment, followed by a delicious plant based lunch by our very own yogi-chef, Robert. We will go on a countryside walk from the Studio before coming back for some refreshments and winding down with a yoga flow by Emma, and live guitar music by Archie.

This is a wonderful collaboration of many talents in our studio community.

The Movement Reset is on Saturday, April 18 from 9:30 am to 4 pm.

Tomorrow, Sunday March 15th is Mother’s Day! To celebrate, we’ve made the 9am class a special 2 for 1 session.

Book yourself a space and you can bring someone with you for free! Not necessarily just mothers but anyone you’d like to bring ~ friend, partner, neighbour, family member, your postman! 😀

Join us in HEARTSTRINGS : Yoga & Harp - our signature special event combining movement, rest and the beautiful sound of the live harp. A nourishing afternoon giving mothers a well-deserved time to pause and recharge themselves. Open to all levels and abilities!

NEW WORKSHOP!

Fluid Balance : Yoga for the Lymphatic System on Sunday February 1st from 10:30 to 12:30.

This yoga workshop is designed to support and stimulate the lymphatic system through gentle movement, targeted poses, breathwork, and relaxation. You’ll explore practices that encourage circulation, reduce stagnation, and support the body’s natural detoxification and immune function.

Expect a slow, nourishing flow with restorative elements, suitable for all levels and ideal for anyone seeking balance and renewal in this winter season.

Taught by Julia, a Yoga Medicine teacher with extensive experience in teaching yoga for functional movement. The workshop is at our yoga studio in Farncombe Estate, Broadway.
