Join us for a Festive Family Yoga session on Friday, Dec 5th from 5:30pm at Cameo Studio!

There will be Christmas-themed creative movement, games, child-friendly breath work and more! Suitable for children age 6-13 and their grown-ups. This is an interactive session to encourage bonding and mindfulness during the festive season!

Everyone welcome - no previous yoga experience needed. All yoga equipment provided!

We are offering a free monthly class for the community!

This is a gentle and inclusive class for all, especially those new to yoga or without access to wellness classes.

No experience needed and all yoga gear provided. Move, breathe, and connect in a friendly space.

First session is Friday, November 21st from 6-7pm.

Cameo Studio is located within Farncombe Estate in Broadway.

12 free spaces available and booking is essential so we know how many yoga mats to prepare!

A new day retreat at Cameo Studio, in collaboration with Mooch. Starting our day with a grounding yoga flow led by Beth, followed by delicious plant-based brunch by our yogi-chef Robert. We’ll the take a walk in the beautiful grounds of Farncombe Estate. Upon our return at the studio, we’ll warm up with some tea before Emma of Mooch will teach us about the heritage craft of block printing.We’ll be designing and printing our own set of cotton napkins to take home. Introducing our new cover teacher at the Studio, Sophie BL! Sophie has been a Cameo member since last and has recently finished her yoga teacher training at YogaHaven London.

She is going to cover some of our classes in the next few months, when our regular teachers are away.

Sophie is teaching Yoga Flow the next three Wednesday evenings 6:30 pm, covering for Emma.
