Hi, so every day for the last eight weeks I’ve been in touch with BT business, about our missing telephone number 01308 868353 .
To be honest is been a nightmare.constantly email ing , messaging,and calling every day ,
The conclusion is switching to BT BUSINESS IS useless. The forced digital transfer put the number in the cloud ☁️ which they’re trying to retrieve.
They acclaimed to be able to achieve this porting on the 4th December,which I find totally unacceptable.but my hands are tied, it’s out of my control.
