Spring is always such a busy time in the garden for me, much to do, my favorite season with new bud life, new fragrances. The pleasure of growing your own plants. But one also finds time to exercise....Pilates 6 x per week helps keep me strong and flexible. Enjoy the pretty plants so far🌱

We have two weeks left of Pilates class in Brockhampton Fridays 10.30am. The group have worked jolly hard & I thank you for your continued support. Then away on a course, followed by some holidays🌞looking forwards to seeing the sea again!
