In Tomcat’s welding shop, every trike frame begins to take physical form — customer-specific and built to precise specification.

Our fabrication team carefully welds each frame and sub-assembly, transforming individual components into a unified structure that’s ready for the road.

Once welded, every component goes through strict quality assurance — checked, measured, and tested in the structural inspection phase to ensure strength, durability, and complete rider safety.

This August at the Superhero Tri, we’re proud to be joining forces with Van Raam and Ice Trikes – two outstanding names in adaptive cycling – to help make the event’s cycling leg accessible to everyone.

Each of us brings something different to the table:
Tomcat SNI – British-made, bespoke trikes for complex needs
VanRaam – Dutch engineering and innovation in adaptive bikes
Ice Trikes – Performance and comfort with a recumbent twist

Together, we’ll be offering a wide range of trikes for hire on the day, supporting superheroes of all ages and abilities as they take on their triathlon challenge at Dorney Lake.

Tomcat is proud to join the Superhero Tri 2025, the UK’s most inclusive triathlon, where people with disabilities – and their families and friends – can participate on their own terms, in their own way.

As part of the event’s inclusive cycling hub, we’ll be offering Tomcat trike hire on the day, alongside VanRaam and Ice Trikes, to ensure that every participant has access to the equipment they need to feel safe, confident, and unstoppable.

The Superhero Series’ mission is to create mass-participation events that remove barriers and invite people of all ages and abilities to be active. As a British manufacturer of bespoke tricycles for people with disabilities, we’re fully aligned with that vision.
