Excellent feedback received today from one of our Service User's who has completed our Strength and Balance exercise programme.... "I just think it's a very good service, it's helped me a lot and I wouldn't be doing half of the things I'm doing now if I hadn't of come here. It's given me a lot more confidence".
A big well done to our fantastic Instructors who work with individuals to not only improve their strength and balance but their confidence and independence too! 😊

This week we celebrated Olwem's 103rd Birthday! Olwem takes part in one of our chair based exercises classes which helps her to stay mobile and independent.

We offer:

-Falls Risk Assessments completed in your home by a Falls Practitioner (Nurse/ Physio/ OT). This includes a health assessment, blood pressure check, mobility and balance assessment and a home safety assessment.

-Strength and Balance Exercise Programmes- Free of charge, including home exercises and community-based exercise classes, led by our specially trained falls prevention instructors.
