World Mental Health Day 💚

Today is a good chance to remind ourselves that looking after our mental health is just as important as any deadline or meeting.

We took 45 minutes out to switch off from work chat, make some bacon and sausage butties, and just sit together. No agenda — just time to slow down and connect.

Most of the team were out of the office or unwell today, but those of us in the office still took the time to pause — and we’ll make sure to catch up properly when everyone’s back.

Mental health can affect anyone, at any time.
We all go through personal challenges — whether it’s illness, loss, family situations, or just the ups and downs of life — instead of suffering in silence ‘let’s just talk’.

Taking time to check in with each other can make a bigger difference than we realise.

We had a fantastic time at the NEWH Round Table Networking Event on Tuesday evening! ✨

As it was our Project Managers first time attending, we really enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many talented people — and the hosts, who were truly inspiring. The conversations were insightful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a wonderful chance to learn, share ideas, and build new connections within the industry.
