Just spent the week landing after an unforgettable four days at the MBS Festival. I want to say the biggest thank you to every single soul who came to our stall, and to our incredible HOST coaches who showed up with full hearts and served over 250 people across the event.
It was such a powerful thing to witness. So many breakthroughs, so many moments of clarity, healing, tears, laughter, deep connection. To watch our coaches holding space, offering Reiki, coaching, guidance, and simply being present with people in their truth — it was humbling beyond words.
What moved me most is knowing that some of the very people who sat with us last year came back this year — not to be held, but to hold others. A year later, they’ve stepped fully into this work and are now changing lives themselves. That is what happens when we say yes to our own healing.
Over the four days, 10 of our HOST coaches gave their all. They didn’t just arrive as coaches — they arrived as people who had done the work. People who have healed, trained, practised, studied, and given their whole hearts to this path. And what they gave back this weekend was immeasurable.
HOST is a powerful platform, but it’s the people within it that make it what it is. I’m so grateful for those who walk this path with us — those who came into the space, and those who now stand side by side with us, changing lives through this work.
This is what healing looks like. This is what transformation makes possible.
