Start with your bodyweight….

6 moves you never knew you needed! 💪🏻

1. The Squat!
2. Lunges / Split squats
3. Deadlift / hinge from hips
4. Roll down & Walkout to plank
5. Deadbug
6. Glute Bridge/ shoulder bridge

⭐️The great thing about all these moves, is that you can do with or without any equipment!

🗻You can dial up and change up the movements/reps/time, to build in progression!

Start with the basics, get your form, alignment and target muscles firing up!

Don’t over think it!

✨We can’t control the chaos, but we can control how we respond!

“You are the sum total of everything you’ve ever seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot—it’s all there. Everything influences each of us, and because of that I try to make sure that my experiences are positive.” Maya Angelou

It’s a powerful reminder that what we expose ourselves to shapes us.✨

So, as you step into each of my classes, they are intentionally developed to create a positive experience. Helping to practice discipline, nurture belonging, build resilience and protect consistency!

Every class you attend, every breath you take, every strong repetition — it all adds up.

You don’t have to absorb the chaos outside.

You can choose what influences you!

And together, we’ll keep choosing strength, steadiness and community.

Happy New Year!

I hope the year ahead brings you good health, happiness and continued success!

As we step into the new year, a little reminder that there’s no pressure to rush or set big goals right away. It’s still winter ❄️ nature is resting, hibernating, and moving slowly and we’re allowed to do the same!

If you’re feeling tired after the festivities, go gentle with yourself. Stay warm and cosy, find moments to get outside for some fresh air, then come back in for something nourishing — a soup or stew, a cup of tea, a pause.

There’s no rush. Take your time and look after yourself🩷.

It was so lovely to welcome everyone back to Strength & Flow this morning! We were intentional with our movements and incorporated the theme of ‘Being Gentle’ into class! 🩷

Stress less, live more and get your movement diary sorted for the new year! 💙🦋
