Happy New Year!
I hope the year ahead brings you good health, happiness and continued success!
As we step into the new year, a little reminder that there’s no pressure to rush or set big goals right away. It’s still winter ❄️ nature is resting, hibernating, and moving slowly and we’re allowed to do the same!
If you’re feeling tired after the festivities, go gentle with yourself. Stay warm and cosy, find moments to get outside for some fresh air, then come back in for something nourishing — a soup or stew, a cup of tea, a pause.
There’s no rush. Take your time and look after yourself🩷.
It was so lovely to welcome everyone back to Strength & Flow this morning! We were intentional with our movements and incorporated the theme of ‘Being Gentle’ into class! 🩷
