Terms and Conditions:
1.1) Touch - Massage Therapies does not diagnose, prescribe or adjust the human skeletal structure. We will always recommend seeking the advice of your medical practitioner if you have any concerns regarding your health.
1.2) Illness: Please use your judgement if you are unwell & therefore unable to attend your appointment. We will not be able to see you if you have vomiting or an upset tummy or a contagious disease/illness.
1.3) Cancellation: Please advise of the need to cancel by 4pm the day before your appointment or at the earliest available opportunity or a £25 cancellation fee will be payable. If you cancel on more than one occasion we will require full payment in advance for your next appointment.
1.4) Late arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment your treatment will run to the original scheduled time.
1.5) Confidentiality: All consultations are totally confidential and will not be disclosed or discussed with third parties.
1.6) Sexual advances: Our treatments are purely therapeutic/professional. In the event that sexual advances or any inappropriate behaviour is displayed the treatment will cease immediately, the full fee will be payable & the individual reported to the local authorities/police
1.7) 50% deposit is required immediately for any group bookings/pamper parties, then the balance to follow on the day before of the event/party
1.8) Due to safety reasons, we dont offer our mobile services to single or groups of men. Privacy Policy:

The personal data to be collect regarding your health and lifestyle are classed as legitimate interest and I do not need your consent to retain this information as it is required for me to provide you with a personalised, safe and effective treatment. Please note you have a right to view this information; simply ask and I am happy to show you or provide you with a copy at no cost. You also have a right to request that any inaccurate or incomplete data be amended; again, please ask and this will be dealt with promptly and you will requested to sign for accuracy. There is a legal obligation to retain this information for 8 years after your last appointment. After this period you may ask to delete your records. If you do not make this request, it may be choosen to retain them to offer you the best possible service should you choose to visit again in the future. On some occasions your contact details may be used as obtained above to send out marketing information e.g. offers, information of interest about health and well-being, updates on treatments. This will be in the form of an email but before that you will be asked for consent. How is your information stored? Written records are stored in a locked cabinet within my house which is locked, especially when unoccupied. Contact details and appointment dates are stored on my personal computer and mobile devices, all of which are password-protected. Please be aware that all reasonable steps are taken to prevent unauthorised access to the computer and devices concerned. I want you to be confident that your personal data is treated respectfully and confidentially and that I am taking all necessary precautions to ensure your data is only accessed by those who need to do so.
