Great visit to Grounds 4 Growth today, a brilliant social enterprise supporting people with learning disabilities to gain real work experience by serving coffee to the local community in Bromley.

It was lovely to meet the team, see the work being done first-hand, and learn more about how meaningful opportunities like this can help people build confidence, develop skills, and feel part of their community.

Coffee tasted great and we left with a small strawberry seedling that we're excited to plant right at the office.

A big thank you to Bromley Mencap and Alex Best for organising the visit and making the introduction. We’re always keen to connect with local organisations that are making a positive difference across Bromley.
